Continuously monitored by market-leading tooling. If something out of the ordinary happens I am notified personally and I act on it, so you do not have to notice first.

A burning question or a new idea? You get my mobile number. Chat through changes, or talk through doing it yourself, whichever you would rather.

Text changes, a swapped image, updated opening hours. Send them over and they are done. Anything larger I will quote before doing.

About the hosting.
What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime is monitored from a central dashboard, so the alert reaches me rather than waiting for you to notice. I start work on it from there. You are not filing a ticket and waiting in a queue behind somebody else.
Will you host a site you did not build?
Yes, and it is a good chunk of what I do. I take the site over, clean out whatever is slowing it down or leaving it exposed, and migrate it across. That is usually possible without a full rebuild.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing text, swapping an image, updating your opening hours or your phone number. Send it over and it is done, and it is included. Anything structural, like a new page or new functionality, I will quote before starting.
Can I leave?
Any time, and I will help you move. You get an export, the credentials and a handover call. There is no migration fee and no argument about access. The site was always yours.
