Can this be added later?
Yes, and it costs you nothing extra in rework. The foundation is the same either way, so building it in year two is no more expensive than building it in month one.
How is it priced?
Quoted against a written scope, after a conversation about what it actually needs to do. Complex work goes wrong when nobody wrote down what "done" means.
Is there anything too big?
Yes, and I will say so. If a project is bigger than my standard scope I will tell you rather than take it on and struggle, and I can usually point you somewhere that handles that size of work.
