Site audit
A free, written read on what your site is actually doing.
I log into your site, run it through the same checks I use on every build, and write up what I find in plain English. A call to walk through it if you want one.
01 Free
No charge, and no obligation to hire me afterwards.
02 Written
A report you keep, in plain English. Not a sales deck.
03 Two days
Usually back to you within two working days.
04 Yours to use
Bring it to me, hand it to your current developer, or work through it yourself.
What is in it
Four things I check, and what you get back.
01
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Measured on a real mobile connection rather than a desktop score, because that is what your customers are actually on.
02
Search visibility and schema
Whether Google can understand what you do and where you do it, and whether the structured data is there and correct.
03
Security and update status
How far behind core, plugins and themes have fallen, and which of the gaps actually matter.
04
A prioritised list of fixes
Ordered by what will move the needle, not by what is easiest to bill for. Some of it you can do yourself.
Questions
About the audit.
Do you need access to my site?
For the full check, yes, I log in. Some of it can be done from the outside, but the plugin and update state is only visible from within, and that is often where the real problems are.
Is it really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation to hire me afterwards. It is how I would rather start a conversation than with a sales call.
What do I do with the report?
Whatever you like. It is yours. Bring the work to me, hand the list to whoever currently maintains the site, or work through it yourself.
Will you just tell me I need a rebuild?
No. If the site is fundamentally fine I will say so, and the list will be short. Telling people they need a rebuild they do not need is how the industry got its reputation.
If it needs more
Sometimes the answer is a fresh start.
If the audit says the foundation is the problem rather than the maintenance, the five page build starts at $789.
Tell me what your site needs to do.
Fill this in and I will come back with an honest read on whether I am the right fit, and what it would cost.
